How to Login

New Customer:

You are a new customer if we do not have your details in any of our store locations i.e. you are yet to fill our customer loyalty form. Please follow the steps below:

1. Click the signUp Button from the home page.

2. Click new customer link from the registration page

3. Enter your details into the registration form provided

4. Click the Register button

5. Now you can login with your email address and the password.

Existing Customers without password:

You are an existing customer if we have your details in any of our store locations i.e. you have completed our customer loyalty form, made purchases and already have accumulated bonus points. Please follow the steps below:

1. Click forgot password link on the home page of the website
2. From the page displayed enter your customer code in the space provided and click continue
3 A new page with your existing record will be displayed, update it by supplying new records and then click complete registration button. Note if none of your existing records are displayed, then go and register as new customer and call any of our stores to rectify your details.
4. You can now go back to the home page and login with the email and password supplied to view your bonus details.
5. From your personalized page click on Check Bonus Point.
6. Print the page and take it to any fastforward store to redeem your bonus point.

Existing Customers with password:

1. Login by entering your email address and your password

2. From your personalized page, you can then click on the displayed options based on what you want to do: e.g. check bonus point.
